Newsletters
Newsletters are often a critical piece of communication for ministries and those whom they serve. Worship Times is designed to make sharing your newsletter incredibly simple. All you have to do is access the newsletter entry form, enter the name of your newsletter, the date, and the author. Attach the digital copy of the newsletter like you would in an email and submit it. Immediately, your newsletter is attached to your website and available for anyone to access.
Worship Bulletins
Many churches include worship bulletins on their websites. Often that means that a staff member or volunteer has to go through a belabored multi-step process to upload the bulletins to a server and then make changes to the church website so congregants can view the bulletin. Worship Times is designed to make that process simple. In one step, you can select the date for your bulletin, attach it to the form, and submit it to the website. This feature alone might save a staff member hours a week!
Sermon Audio
The internet has made media sharing easier than ever before. It has become increasingly common for churches to record the sermons on Sunday and catalog them on their church website for later viewing. It is also common for other ministries to include lectures, speeches, or roundtable discussions on their websites. The advantages to sharing these audio files on the internet are great. Unfortunately, however, for many churches attaching sermons to their website has often been fraught with difficulty. Like all of Worship Times Integrated Publications, the Sermon Audio feature is designed with elegant simplicity. Due to file size restrictions, we ask that you upload your sermon file to an external host (we recommend Amazon S3), then simply copy the url into the sermon audio form.
Sermon Text
Uploading your sermon manuscripts or lesson plans could not be any easier than with the Worship Times’ Integrated Publications Support. Simply enter the name of your sermon or your lesson into the form, the name of the speaker, when it was delivered, and attach your manuscript. In less than 3 minutes you can upload your manuscript and be done, leaving plenty of time for more important things, like doing ministry.
Videos
Sometimes there is no better way to make your point than with a carefully selected video clip. You can easily share videos on your website using Worship Times. Due to the large file sizes of video clips, you will not be able to upload the videos directly to Worship Times. Instead, you can upload your videos to a collection of other video hosting services, and then insert the video into your site using our video tool. Submission for videos is just as simple as all the other publication tools, simply enter the relevant information into the video form, include the link to where you uploaded the video, and you are done. As with all things, adding videos to Worship Times is intended to be intuitive and fast.
