Since March 2015, Susan has been central in guiding the day-to-day operations at Worship Times, helping our customers get excellent and beautiful websites, while also developing robust business processes that allow us to offer consistent, responsive, friendly customer service. Through Susan’s leadership, Worship Times is already making a reality of customers’ dreams of new and innovative ways to do ministry. She has helped Worship Times become a leader in integrating digital solutions and developing new tools and technologies that benefit all of our customers.
As of August 1, 2015, Susan’s role has expanded to even more fully utilize her deep experiences in ministry, communication and education, her keen eye for detail, and her great care for our customers as CEO of Worship Times. As our customers’ digital needs grow and change, so too must Worship Times continue to grow and adapt. Susan Gyura’s skills and creative strategic thinking are essential to creating an atmosphere of meaningful innovation as we continue to meet the ever-changing digital needs of ministries without sacrificing the customer care that is at the core of who we are.
