Making Essential Presbytery Resources Easier to Find

For the Presbytery of Nevada, the challenge was finding what was already there. A vast collection of documents, policies, forms and meeting minutes needed to be organized so people could get to the resources they required. Members also needed a clear way to keep up with upcoming gatherings.

The Presbytery and Christy Ramsey approached us with those needs at the center of a new website. Their main objective was a resource library people could easily search. The extensive collection is now fully searchable, putting the documents and resources visitors need within reach. A church and pastoral directory also helps them find information about the Presbytery’s churches and leaders.

Keeping members informed throughout the year called for more than access to documents. Event management and a calendar help the Presbytery communicate its many meetings and gatherings. A news and announcement blog and photo galleries from presbytery meetings give members additional ways to follow what is happening.

Together, these changes make the Presbytery’s shared work easier to access, whether someone is looking for a policy, preparing for a meeting or catching up on news from across the community.
