“It was difficult to understand who we are, what we stand for, our involvement in the community.” That was the challenge Decatur Presbyterian Church brought to Worship Times. Its older website no longer met the congregation’s needs or gave visitors a clear picture of church life.

The site was not mobile friendly, and its intended audience and purpose were unclear to staff and the public. People considering a visit needed more than a general introduction. They needed to know what services, programs and ministry opportunities were available, along with how and when to get there, where to park and how to enter the building.

Decatur wanted an up-to-date, helpful and professional site that would make a great first impression and encourage visitors to learn more. The church identified practical ways to make that happen:

We brought those needs into a user-friendly website that helps people find the information they are seeking and explore the congregation’s offerings. Clearer information about the church and the practical details of visiting gives newcomers a better starting point for getting involved.

Ongoing assistance and Google Ads management continue to support Decatur’s communication. The focus remains on helping people understand who DPC is, see its involvement in the community and find their own next step toward a visit or participation.
