As Trinity Episcopal Church continued to grow and engage with its community, visitors and members needed an easier way to find the information that would help them participate. Whether joining worship, seeking care or looking for an opportunity to serve, people needed clear paths through the church’s website and details they could rely on.

For first-time visitors, that starts with understanding where to go and what to expect. The updated I’m New page provides clear links to About, Visit and Contact Us. Removing outdated COVID-19 content from the Visit page keeps the welcome focused on useful information for someone planning to attend.

People unable to attend in person also need a straightforward way to join worship. The homepage now places the upcoming Sunday livestream under “Worship with Us.” In the sermon section, a pop-up display lets users watch videos without leaving the site, making it easier to stay connected to the church’s worship online.

For those ready to serve, the Outreach circle links directly to the updated service page, showing the many ways the parish is involved in the community. The Serve menu includes Sunday Dinner, where people can sign up to help serve meals. Updated links on the Outreach Partners page reflect current ministry partnerships, so visitors can follow those connections with confidence.

Trinity’s expanding ministry opportunities also have a clearer place on the site. New content on the Trinity Ministries page introduces the Trinity Service Corps, which is welcoming its first group of young adults to serve in local organizations focused on justice and inclusion.

Finding fellowship and care is just as important. The streamlined Community & Care page focuses on ministries such as Celebration Coffee Hour and the Gardening Guild, helping visitors find groups they can connect with. A new image on the Pastoral Care page reflects the current clergy team, keeping that introduction accurate.

In Shared Experiences, Parents in Conversation gives parents a way to connect while their children are in Sunday formation classes. The section also includes Eucharistic Visits to Nursing Homes, a monthly tradition in which clergy administer Holy Eucharist to parishioners living in local nursing homes. Bringing these experiences into view helps people see the different ways Trinity maintains community.

Alongside easier access to news and announcements, sermon videos and online forms, these changes make the site more useful to both existing members and people exploring Trinity for the first time. The work supports specific next steps: joining a service, registering for an event, finding care or signing up to help a neighbor.
