A New Home Online for a Growing Ministry

Trinity Episcopal Preschool, a ministry of Trinity Episcopal Church in Towson, Maryland, has spent years nurturing young children’s social and cognitive growth through joyful, hands-on early education for ages two through five. As part of the church’s broader website rebuild, the preschool’s site was rebuilt alongside it, giving prospective families a place to really get to know the school.

Giving Prospective Families What They Needed to Know

The goal for the new build was simple: help current parents get more out of the website, and give prospective families clear answers about touring, curriculum, and enrollment.

The new site delivers on both. A Tour page makes it easy to schedule a visit. A Faculty page introduces the people behind the classroom. Curriculum details are organized by age group, and tuition rates for the 2026-2027 school year are laid out clearly, so families can find what they need without having to ask.

A warm, photo-driven homepage gives families a feel for the school’s personality before they ever schedule a tour. A visual style that echoes the church’s own site keeps the two connected, without the preschool losing its own identity.

A Collaborative Process

Both projects kicked off together, and the team structured the work in phases: launch the church site first, then bring the same focus and momentum to the preschool site. Along the way, the school welcomed a new director, and the team worked to keep the transition smooth on their end. Continuity carried over from the church site, expectations were already established, and the new director could step into a process that was already running well. Once underway, communication was frequent and steady, with feedback and changes turned around quickly, especially in the weeks leading up to launch.

Trinity Episcopal Preschool’s new site launched on June 4, 2026, complete with staff training the same day.

By the time the preschool project began, lead developer Justin Near had already built a strong working relationship with Communications Director Tamara Daugherty on the church site. That familiarity carried forward, giving the preschool project a head start built on trust and an already-established rhythm of collaboration.
