A blog is a great way to keep members and visitors abreast of the latest news and announcements, connect with the staff, and reflect on topics at the heart of your ministry.
The Presbytery of Los Ranchos is located in Southern California. Our partnership them is long standing and began with their website. We were tasked with recreating their website on a new platform due to security issues. During this rebuild we took time to better organize the myriad of resources, documents, trainings they had available to their constituents. We also were able to dream their Gatherings, also known as Presbytery Meetings, for content, registration, and packets.
Over the years, we have worked closely with their administrative team and specialists on everything from event registrations to social media. Twice a month we create their email newsletter. They submit the content, and we take it from there. We help with layout, simple graphic creation, adding articles and events to the website, and ensuring everything connects seamlessly between the newsletter and website.
We regularly create event registrations, including creating registration forms, ensuring all the proper people are notified of any registration submissions (including the registrants!). No form is one size fits all, but Gravity Forms allows us to create a form to meet your specific ministry or event needs. Whether you need to accept payment, gather information from a survey, or just simply register people for an event- there’s a Gravity form for that!
One of our favorite parts about working with Los Ranchos is collaborating to design new ministry pages. The key word here is “collaborate.” We are given a vision or example and give our ideas, and then we keep working until the new page matches the vision. Just because your site is finished doesn’t mean we can’t help you keep it fresh!
We post to the Los Ranchos social media four times a week with content they provide. We also create content as needed to keep their social media feeds updated.
