What Is the D3?

The D3: Diocesan Data Dashboard streamlines how diocesan offices and

 parishes collect, update, and utilize key ministry data. Whether you’re preparing for a bishop’s visitation, compiling annual reports, or simply keeping contact information current, D3 provides a clear, organized view of everything that matters.

  • Parishes can directly update and submit their ministry data.
  • Dioceses gain access to real-time data, historical records, parish notes, and exportable reports. As well as assist in updating ministry data.
  • Bishops and leadership teams can view snapshots or deep-dive reports to prepare for parish visits and long-term planning.

What’s Included?

Multi-Level Access Control

The D3 includes three access levels to ensure proper data visibility and management:

  • Site Admins
    Diocesan staff members have full control across the system.
  • Diocesan Admins
    View and manage parish data, leave internal notes, tag staff for follow-up, upload parish documents, and access full reporting tools.
  • Ministry Admins
    Update their own ministry information to keep records accurate and current.

Comprehensive Historical Data

  • Access Parochial Report data from 2014 where available.
  • View and analyze trends over the last ten years.
  • Pull live data from the Register Services App for the current year.
  • Generate visual data cards from available field within the database.

Ministry & Parish Data Management

Ministry and diocesan admins can update and maintain essential parish information, including:

  • Ministry and mailing addresses (imported)
  • Phone number, website, email (imported)
  • Church photo (user uploaded)
  • Clergy, Administrators, Wardens, Officers (user entered)

Diocesan Notes & Tagging

  • Diocesan Admins can leave internal notes for each parish.
  • Tag diocesan staff for action items—triggers email notifications.
  • Comments remain private to diocesan users for secure collaboration.

      Yes, this is available for all Dioceses. We’re still rolling these out, but all your Diocese needs to do is sign up for a training.
